In ancient times, many learned people believed that the beauty of the moment of writing and reciting poetry must be accompanied by the drinking of fine liquor. Three classical Chinese paintings are burnt onto one side of the crystal-clear bottle by using a unique technique. They feature traditional scenes of Chinese scholars reciting poetry, drinking with fellow poetry lovers in a pavilion and, finally, of them writing and reading poetry while floating cups of liquor down a stream to each other.
